What is the DAS Rewards program?
The DAS Rewards is a loyalty program specifically designed to inspire, educate and empower our customers to achieve their full potential. Participating program members will have access to training, resources and be rewarded for purchasing eligible products.
How do I become a Member of DAS Rewards?
Register online at dasrewards.com.au. You will be required to enter your Dicker Data Account number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your application to be processed. Once your application has been approved you will be advised by email along with confirmation of your login details and temporary password. Should there be any issues with your application we will be in contact.

Can't find your orgnisation on the registration form?
If your organisation does not appear when registering for DAS Rewards and you have recently onboarded with Dicker Data DAS as a reseller, please allow 3-5 business days for your organisation to show up. If you need immediate access or have had an account for over a week, please email us at info@dasrewards.com.au.
What if I don’t currently have a Dicker Data trading account?
To join the DAS Rewards Program, you must have a Dicker Data trading account. If you don’t have one choose one:
- Visit das.dickerdata.com.au to register for a trading account.
- If you’re only interested in accessing training, you can sign up as a Non-Account Holder. This option is perfect for end customers, freelancers, contractors, or self-employed individuals.
What should I do if I try to register as the Principal account holder, but the website indicates that someone is already registered under that role?
If you encounter this issue, you have two options:
- Option 1: Modify your registration by adjusting the account type to Secondary.
- Option 2: If you believe you should be designated as the Principal contact, please contact info@dasrewards.com.au for assistance.
How do I login to my DAS Rewards Account?
Simply go to dasrewards.com.au and enter your email plus password and click the login button.
What do I do if I have forgotten my Password?
Can't remember your password? Hit the forgotten button and enter your email address and a temporary password will be emailed to you. If you still have problems email info@dasrewards.com.au.
What is the difference between a Principal account and a Secondary account?
There are two types of accounts per organisation.
- Principal Account - Authorised to collect and distribute all rewards relating to the program on behalf of their organisation. Maximum 1 per organisation.
- Secondary account - Does not have authority to collect and distribute rewards however would like view only access to the website for training and resources.

As a Secondary account holder, what information is shared with the Principal account holder?
Your Certification History is shared, including the titles and completion dates of all certifications you have completed.
Can I keep my certification records private from my organisation?
Yes, you can maintain privacy by transitioning to a Non-Account Holder user type. This option is ideal for individuals who prefer not to share their certification records with their organisation. As a Non-Account Holder, you can still access the Training Centre on DAS Rewards without linking your records to the Principal account.
How do I update my contact details?
You can update your details via the 'Profile' area of DAS Rewards website. Click on Profile in the header navigation bar. Alternatively, email info@dasrewards.com.au
When do I start earning DAS Rewards?
Rewards will start accumulating only for eligible sales invoiced from the date the Principal account holder is approved into the DAS Rewards program.
How do I earn DAS Rewards?
Continue to order products from DAS in exactly the same way as you do now and earn rewards on all eligible purchases you make. You may also receive from time-to-time the opportunity to participate in more promotional activities.
Rewards will be automatically credited to your organisations DAS Rewards account on a weekly basis. Rewards may however appear sooner.
How do I know what products I earn DAS Rewards on?
To find out more about the current eligible products please visit DAS Rewards website.
How can I find out my current Rewards balance?
You can view your rewards balance 24/7 via the DAS Rewards website.
Watch your inbox for your Rewards Statement - we will keep you up to date with your rewards balance, program news and the latest rewards options via email.
What can I redeem my DAS Rewards for?
Redeem your rewards for items such as eVISA cards and movie voucher in the website rewards store.
How do I redeem a Reward?
Visit the Redeem page. Click on the reward option that you want and follow the prompts.

How long will it take to receive my Reward?
Your digital rewards such as eVISA should be within your inbox within minutes.
The Reward I ordered has not arrived, what do I do?

Do my DAS Rewards expire?
DAS Rewards expire 6 months from the date rewards are credited to your Account; or if your account has been continuously inactive for 6 or more months; or is closed for any other reason. You can view your upcoming expiring points in the DAS Rewards website, see 'Reward History'. DAS is not obligated to contact you before points are expired.
Why do I see a negative transaction in my DAS rewards account?
A negative transaction in your DAS Rewards account typically occurs due to returns or price adjustments issued after your sign up. When you return an item, the rewards dollars you earned from that purchase are deducted from your account. Similarly, if a price adjustment is made on a purchase, the rewards dollars are adjusted accordingly. This ensures that your rewards balance accurately represents your spending.
I have already redeemed an eVISA card from dasrewards.com.au and are looking to confirm the balance?
The card should now be sitting in the person mobile wallet if they have actioned the redemption email. You can get the card details from the card in the wallet (3 dots) and then go here:https://www.cardbalance.com.au/ to check balance AU Gift Cards.
